  • yours has been lost, stolen or damaged
  • you've moved into a newly built home
  • you need a bigger recycling bin

What it costs

Replacement recycling bins and food caddies are free. There's a charge for a new general waste bin and for bins for newly built homes. You'll see the price before you pay.

We'll deliver your bin within 10 working days. We'll take away a damaged bin when we deliver the new one.
