Highfold Pool is closed until Monday 2 November

There are severe issues impacting the running of this service

Highfold Pool is closed until Monday 2 November while we repair the pool's heating. The gym is open as normal.

You can swim at Knowmoor Leisure Centre on Station Road at the usual price. If you'd booked a swim or a lesson at Highfold, we'll refund you automatically within 5 working days.

Garden waste collections in Highfold are running a day late

This service has a number of issues that affect the way it runs

Because of a broken-down collection vehicle, garden waste bins in Highfold (KN6 postcodes) will be emptied a day later than usual this week, until Saturday 31 October.

Leave your bin out until we've emptied it. You do not need to report it as missed unless it has not been emptied 2 days after your usual collection day.

Other collections are running as normal.

Your online council tax account is working normally

This service is running normally

You can pay, set up a Direct Debit and see your bills in your online council tax account as normal.

The planned upgrade on Sunday 18 October is finished.
