If your child starts secondary school in September 2027, apply for a school place by Saturday 31 October.

Where you can have your ceremony
- the register office at the Civic Centre, for up to 30 guests
- Knowmoor Hall ceremony rooms, for up to 120 guests
- one of 48 approved venues, such as hotels and historic houses

Book
You can book up to 2 years ahead. You'll pay a £60 deposit.
You must also give notice at least 29 days before.
