Family hubs and early help
Get free support with parenting, health, money and relationships at a family hub.
Family hubs are open to every family with children and young people aged 0 to 19, or up to 25 with special educational needs or disabilities.
What you can get
- stay and play sessions, baby groups and baby clinics with health visitors
- parenting courses and infant feeding support
- help with money, housing and work
- support for young carers
Find your nearest hub
There are family hubs in Knowmoor town centre, Highfold and Brackenmoor. They're open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, and some Saturday mornings.
