If your child starts secondary school in September 2027, apply for a school place by Saturday 31 October.

Your online council tax account lets you:
- see your bill, balance and payments
- see your payment dates and instalments
- change your address, name or contact details
- apply for a discount or tell us you're moving
- get your bills by email

Create an account
If you do not have an account yet, you'll need:
- your council tax account number, which is the 9-digit reference on your bill
- your postcode
- an email address
- Choose "Create an account" and enter your email address.
- We'll email you a link. Use it to set a password.
- Sign in and enter your account number and postcode to link your council tax record.
If you need to make a change you cannot do online
