Why we contact every home each year to check the electoral register.
Every year from July to November, we contact every home in Knowmoor to check who lives there and is registered to vote.
If you get an email or letter
Follow the instructions. If nothing has changed, you may not need to reply. If you need to reply, you can do it online, by phone or by text, using the codes on your letter.
Is it a scam?
Our canvass emails and letters always come from Knowmoor Electoral Services. We'll never ask for bank details. If you're not sure, call 01632 960 025.
Being on the register
Being registered to vote also helps your credit rating. You can choose to be left off the open version of the register, which some companies buy.
