Report a missed bin collection

Tell us if your bin was not collected on your collection day.

You can report a missed bin if it was not collected on your collection day.

Before you report it

Check that:

  • it's after 5pm on your collection day
  • your bin was out by 6:30am
  • the lid was closed and the bin only had the right things in it

Report it by the end of the next working day.

What happens next

You'll get a reference number on screen and by email, so you know we've got your report.

We'll collect your bin within 2 working days. Leave it out until it's been emptied.

If it's still not been collected after 2 working days, call us on 01632 960 000 and give your reference number.

If we left a tag on your bin explaining why it was not collected, you'll need to fix the problem before the next collection. We will not come back for it.
