Brackenmoor family hub has moved to a bigger building on The Green, next to Brackenmoor Library.
The new hub has 2 group rooms, a baby clinic, private rooms for advice sessions and an outdoor play area. It means we can run 12 more free groups each week, including baby massage, stay and play, and parenting courses.
The hub is open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, and Saturday, 9am to 12pm.
Family hubs are free and open to every family with children aged 0 to 19, or up to 25 with special educational needs or disabilities.
